You might have heard from the Eken M001. The Eken M003 is a similar device from the same company. Haven't heard from it? Well it's a $150 MID running Android.



Specs are:

- WM8505 533Mhz CPU
- 128 MB RAM
- 2GB NAND flash memory
- 800 x 600 touch screen
- 802.11 b/g wireless lan
- Android 1.6 OS
- Micro DS card slot (supports up to 32GB)
- USB device port (through iPod a like connector)
- USB host port
- Stereo speakers
- Line out or phones jack plug connection
- Weight: 600 g
- Size: 220.77x180x14.5 mm

So it's cheap but is it worth the money? And could it replace the much more expensive iPad?
