The good:
The bad:
It is by far not what you can expect from an iPad. If you are looking for an iPad alternative the M003 is not it. The M003 is cheap and you get what you pay for. The touchscreen and the performance are the major downsides of this device. Although connecting a mouse will improve usage a bit I don't think the M003 is suitable for everyday usage.
However for an average hobbyist Eken's M003 might be lot's of fun. In the future I might investigate the option to add a serial port an do some more soft- and hardware hacking on this device.

- fake chrome edges around the display.
