Navigate to the Internet Options by selecting "Internet Options..."from the "Tools" drop down menu.
Select the tab "Security"



From the Zones choose "Internet" then click "Custom level...".
Now find the "Access data sources across domains" entry and set it to Prompt.



Select "OK" to close the Security Settings window.
Select "OK" again to close the Internet Options window.
Load HttpTestClient.





Now send a message.
